Shipping and Returns

Any stock item may be returned within 14 days for store credit or a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, stock condition.

Returns and Exchanges:

Pistilli Classics:

• All items from the Pistilli Classics are made to order. Please allow us 10-15 business days for shipment.
• Once an order is placed and in production, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
• All items in the Pistilli Classics are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Custom Designs and Special Orders:

• Custom designs and special orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
• Items with custom sizes, special requests for stones, metal substitutions/alterations, and personalized details are non-returnable.
• Monogrammed, engraved, and personalized items cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.
