Step 1: Starting Your Design
Begin your journey towards a unique piece of jewelry by sharing your ideas with us. At our studio, we believe that every piece of jewelry should be as special as the person (or pet) who wears it. Feel free to submit your ideas, and if you have a sketch of your dream design, we'd love to see it. Once we receive your inquiry, our team will review it promptly and reach out to you within 7 business days.

Step 2: Consultation with Our Designer
After reviewing your inquiry, our expert designer, Ross, will schedule a complimentary consultation with you. During this consultation, Ross will show brief sketches or preliminary CAD (Computer-Aided Design) renders he has created based on your ideas. Additionally, we take this opportunity to learn more about you or the recipient of the piece. Understanding your style, preferences, preferred stone selection, metal colors, and more helps us tailor the design to your exact specifications.
At the end of the consultation, you'll confirm your selections for the design, including materials and the cost of your custom piece. To proceed further, a non-refundable deposit is required. Once received, we'll begin working on final sketches and/or renders to bring your vision to life. Depending on the complexity of the design, this process can take between 2 to 8 weeks to complete.

Step 4: Casting & Stone Setting
With your approval of the CAD renders, we move on to the casting stage. Here, we 3D print a model of your custom piece and invest it to create a castable mold. This involves filling a cavity with a plaster-like mixture that hardens around the mold. Once dried, we heat the mold until the 3D printed model melts out, leaving behind a cavity. This cavity is then filled with liquid metal (such as silver, gold, or platinum) to create your unique piece.

Step 5: From Dreams to Reality
Brava! Your journey from a mere sketch to a breathtaking, one-of-a-kind custom jewelry piece is now complete. You can choose to schedule a local pick-up or opt for secure shipping to receive your masterpiece. We are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this process.
Grazie Mille!
